Enhanced Date Format Customization in WFM
Internationalization
What’s New?
WFM now supports customizable date formats based on customer location and user preferences. Dates displayed across key areas (onboarding, interviews, I-9/E-Verify, and applicant records) will align with regional conventions.
-
When setting up a new user, the preferred date format defaults to the location’s regional standard but can be adjusted as needed.
-
Users can update their Preferred Date Format by clicking their name in the upper right corner of WFM > Account, selecting their desired format, and saving the changes.
-
The applied date format will prioritize the user’s account setting first, followed by the location’s default format.
Why Does It Matter?
-
Improved Regional Accuracy – Ensures date formats match local conventions, reducing confusion for global users.
-
Increased Customization – Allows users to tailor date displays to their personal preferences.
-
Enhanced Usability – Provides a more intuitive and flexible experience when working with dates across WFM.
This update improves data consistency and user experience, making date management clearer and more adaptable across different regions.
